1970 El Camino
1970 Chevrolet El Camino. Very clean and solid car professionally restored less than 2 years ago. Car was very solid and rust free before restoration with the exception of a few little rust spots on the front of the P/S floor pan that were covered over w/ sheetmetal.(pics below.) Otherwise floors are very solid and original. Very nice Ermine white paint and black SS stripes in Dupont basecoat clearcoat. Fully sanded and buffed, door jambs finished as nice as the outside. Car is straight with nice door and hood alignment. Bed is in good shape and is rhino lined. Suspension and brakes are all new on this car. Dropped spindles up front with power disc brakes. NEW 17" and 18" Torq Thrust Americans fully polished with Kumho Ecstas. 350 Chevy engine with less than 5,000 miles. Pete Jackson gear drive, edelbrock 600cfm carb. MSD ignition, Aluminum intake, K&N Filter. Backed by a Saginaw 4 speed with new clutch. 10 bolt rear end with a 3:55 gear. Power steering .Factory AC car with all new hoses, compressor, and drier. All new interior using year one reproduction panels and seat covers. Dash pad cover. Dash in excellent condition. CD player with amp and sub-woofer. All new weatherstripping throughout. All glass is good with the exception of some DA scratches on the door glass. Rechromed bumpers and nice stainless. All lights, blinkers, brake, gauges, wipers, work great. This car was done right and truly drives like new. One of the nicest El Caminos I have come across.
